- Candidates must have no tattoos and not color blind
- First-timers or Ex-Taiwan are welcome

- Unified Multi-Purpose ID
- School Records/Diploma
- Valid Philippine Passport
- Voter’s ID / Voter’s Registration
- PEOS Certificate
- Certificate of Employment is a must
- Birth Certificate (PSA – NOT LATE REGISTERED from 21 years old above)
